Runners are constantly in search of what makes them faster.
When it boils down to it, speed is related to two functions of our running gait. Stride length is the length of each individual step we take, and stride rate is the amount of foot strikes we take, measured in a minute.
The key in the equation is the relationship between stride rate and stride length. In this video, I take you through an explanation of stride rate, stride length and how the impact it has on your running.
