10 years of #RunChat: Get your questions answered!

This week’s #RunChat - 8 p.m. ET Sunday, July 12 - features one of our favorite themes — YOUR questions!

As part of celebrating 10 years of #RunChat this year, we’re continuing the tradition of occasionally filling up the hour with questions from runners in our community.

This year we’re using the same form when we do this feature - if you previously submitted a question earlier this year, it could show up again in the second half of 2020. No need to submit your question more than one time.
